Mission Statement

Community Wellness Partners is a faith-based network of nonprofit organizations that support wellness through the provision of community services, housing, and healthcare.

Impact

Thanks to generous supporters, we’ve raised over $10 million to provide exceptional care to our communities. These funds have directly impacted hundreds of seniors across our continuum of care, from assisted living to rehabilitation services.

Programs We Support

Parkinson’s Programs

Our Parkinson’s initiatives help those living with the disease stay active and engaged. At Community Wellness Partners, we are proud to be a Certified Parkinson Disease Care™ (CPDC™) provider. Learn More

Our Programs include:

  • Rock Steady Boxing: A boxing-based fitness program that improves motor skills and mobility.
  • Pedaling for Parkinson’s: Research-based cycling program shown to reduce symptoms.
  • William and Rita Abraham Speaker Series: An annual event offering insights from experts on Parkinson’s care.

Campus Improvements

Recent renovations include updates to the Katherine Luther Lobby and enhancements to Memory Care Neighborhoods, ensuring modern, comfortable facilities for our residents.

Annual Golf Classic

Join us for a fun-filled day at our annual Golf Classic. Sponsorship opportunities are available, including:

Parkinson’s Awareness Walk

Support our community members living with Parkinson’s by participating in the Parkinson’s Awareness Walk, honoring Mike Parsons. Sponsorship levels include:

William and Rita Abraham Speaker Series

This annual series features expert speakers sharing insights on Parkinson’s care. It’s open to the public and takes place throughout the year.
