Programs We Support

Parkinson’s Programs

Our Parkinson’s initiatives help those living with the disease stay active and engaged. At Community Wellness Partners, we are proud to be a Certified Parkinson Disease Care™ (CPDC™) provider. Learn more

Our Programs include:

  • Rock Steady Boxing: A boxing-based fitness program that improves motor skills and mobility.
  • Pedaling for Parkinson’s: Research-based cycling program shown to reduce symptoms.
  • William and Rita Abraham Speaker Series: An annual event offering insights from experts on Parkinson’s care.

Campus Improvements

Recent renovations include updates to the Katherine Luther Lobby and enhancements to Memory Care Neighborhoods, ensuring modern, comfortable facilities for our residents.

Annual Golf Classic

Parkinson’s Awareness Walk
